Our office features 240 equipped desks, 200+ communal seats, 19 meeting rooms, and 23 phone booths, plus personal storage and lockers. Amenities include a café and lounge with coffee and snacks, a guest lounge, library, wellness rooms, TVs, and a projector.
Desks
The office is furnished with 240 digital height-adjustable desks.
Each desk is equipped with a monitor, keyboard, mouse and charger (compatible with all laptops).
200+ Communal Seats
The office has multiple communal lounges and spaces, totaling over 200 additional seats. Seating includes tables and chairs in the cafe, as well as couches and lounge seating in other areas.
19 Meeting Rooms
The office has 19 reservable meeting rooms in various sizes, all with TVs and videoconferencing capabilities (Google Meet hardware, also Zoom capable).
Seats 3-5: Quartet*, Strings, Suite**, Tempo, Tenor, Vibrato
Seats 6-8: Crescendo, Percussion, Piano, Prelude, Rhapsody*, Soprano*, Symphony
Seats 10+: Aria (10), Brass (11), Rondo* (14)
Seats 24: Libretto (our board room!)
*= a “front-of-house” room to be prioritized for external/client IRL meetings. If you book these rooms for internal purposes, be prepared to relocate if needed.
** = Suite is the only room without conferencing capabilities.
2 Executive Meeting Rooms
Also with videoconferencing capabilities, these rooms are only bookable by executives without designated offices
Seats 3-5: Ensemble, Forte
Phone Booths
The office is equipped with phone booths for individual use.
Each phone booth has built in lighting, power, ventilation and acoustic control.
Phone booths are non-bookable - first come, first served.
Personal Storage
Each workstation is equipped with drawers for personal items to be used daily, or overnight when you book a desk for consecutive days.
48 Lockers
Location: Lockers are on the Dey side of the office, directly across from where the Derris team sits
How to Use: Each locker has instructions posted on how to set your own combination lock
Availability: Lockers are first come, first served. We don’t have one for every person, so please use them as a shared space
Intended Use: Lockers are for overnight storage only, not long-term or personal item accumulation
Etiquette: Please be mindful of others by keeping your locker clean, clearing it out regularly, and not storing food or perishable items
Team Lounge & Café
The office has a large cafe style seating area with an adjacent communal space lounge that can accommodate 80+ people total.
The kitchen has multiple refrigerators and dishwashers, and is outfitted with plates, mugs and other necessities.
The cafe also has the coffee bar of your dreams (Nespresso & Cold Brew tap), as well as filtered water and a curated selection of sweet and savory perishable and nonperishable snacks.
Projector
A large-scale projector is located in the Team Lounge and available for use.
Guest Lounge
The lounge in the entry of the office (“front of house”) features a stocked kitchen for guests and visitors, lounge and communal seating, and a media wall that features multiple TVs broadcasting the news.
TVs
The office also has TVs throughout the space in addition to being in conference room.
Library
The office includes a Library that seats 20 people and serves as a peaceful space for quiet, focused work.
Like the Quiet Car on the Amtrak, no calls or meetings are allowed.
Restrooms
The office has three restroom areas: (1) a men’s restroom; (2) a women’s restroom; and (6) gender-neutral individual-use restrooms.
Copy & Printing Center
Our New York office is equipped with two Xerox multifunction devices that offer printing, faxing and copying capabilities. These devices are located in the Printers & Office Supply room.
Supply Room
The supply room is in the same area as the copy and print center. Here you can find supplies for all your office needs.
Wellness Rooms
