Log in with your username and the password you created while registering your account.
Instructions on logging in and getting set up.
Please follow the instructions below to register as a new user prior to logging in for the first time.
Select “Register New User” on the Paylocity login page.
Follow the instructions on the attached guides to register for Paylocity via desktop or mobile app.
Once you've downloaded the mobile app, you'll be prompted to input the Company ID (a 6-digit code shared by HR)
You will need your company number with Paylocity to complete your self-registration.
If you need assistance with anything Paylocity-related, please reach out to HR@orchestraco.com, as Paylocity cannot provide direct assistance to employees via phone or email.
How to access your time off balance in Paylocity
Go to your self service portal on Paylocity and click the tab on the navigation that states “Time Off”. You will be able to see your Time Off balances here.
Here’s what do you need to know about the balances:
If you have submitted a request for time off, Sick/Wellness time off, balances will update automatically after your next pay period.
You will be able to view your balances through the end of the year as well.
Log in to your Paylocity account.
If you are unsure if you have already submitted a time off request, please see “View time off history or see a request status” guide before continuing.
Navigate to the center of your Self-Service page.
Click on “Request Time Off.”
Select the appropriate time off type from the “Request Type” dropdown menu.
Choose your desired dates in the “Request Dates” field.
Select whether to include weekends in your request.
Indicate if you are requesting full days off:
If you select “No”, Enter the Hours Per Day and the Start Time.
Use the “Add Comments” field to provide any additional details or context for your request.
Note: If your screen freezes/lags/glitches, please DO NOT continue clicking submit.
Use the “View time off history or see a request status” guide to verify the request went through or to cancel any duplicates created. If you need to change a submitted request, please follow “How to cancel a PTO request” before submitting a new one.
Log into Paylocity
Click on the "View Employee Record" button
Navigate to the “Time Off” tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page
Log in to your Paylocity account.
Click on the "View Employee Record" button.
Navigate to the Time Off tab.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view your submitted requests.
Locate the time off request you wish to cancel.
On the request line, click the trash can icon to delete the request.
Note: If you see a duplicate request, click the trash icon on that line as well. If there is no trash icon available, please contact HR for assistance.
Approve a Time Off Request in Paylocity
Log in to your Paylocity account.
From the Self-Service Portal, locate the Supervisor To-Do’s section and click on Time Off Requests.
There are two viewing options:
List View (Recommended)
Calendar View
You can toggle between views by clicking “Switch to...” in the top left-hand corner.
Before taking action, apply the following filters:
Request Status: Submitted
Employee Status: Active
Request Type: All
Supervised Employees: All
Click Search to display the filtered requests.
In List View:
Check the box next to the employee’s request(s).
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Choose one of the following actions:
Approve Selected
Decline Selected
Approve All
Decline All
In Calendar View:
Click on an individual employee request.
Choose one of the following options:
Approve
Decline
Save
Cancel
Note: Due to ongoing duplication issues, please review each request carefully before approving.
If you see duplicate requests:
Approve only one, Decline the duplicate(s)
If you do not see “Supervisor-To-Do’s” section, please contact HR
How to View Your Projected Time Off Balance Through 12/31/2025
Log in to your Paylocity account.
From the Self-Service Portal, locate the center of the page and click Request Time Off.
Select the appropriate Request Type.
For the Request Date(s), enter 12/31/2025.
On the right side of the screen, click the blue link labeled “How is the Available Calculated?”
This will display:
Your current available balance
+ What you are projected to accrue between now and 12/31/2025
– Any approved time off scheduled between now and 12/31/2025
The “Available to Request” amount reflects all of the above and shows the actual time off you can plan for the remainder of the year.
You can update your tax information at any time via Paylocity.
Important:
Please be sure you are using this path to change your taxes:
"My Profile" > "Pay" tab > "Tax Setup" sub-tab > click pencil icon to edit
You can add/update your beneficiaries at any time via Paylocity.
You can change your address at any time via Paylocity.
Log into Paylocity
From the top menu, click Org Chart
You will automatically see where you are in relation to other members of your team and the rest of BR
Note: Because the org chart is split between our two co-founders, Valerie and Jonathan, you may need to "search" (on the top right of the page) the person your line of reporting does not report to in order to see the rest of the firm's org chart.
Employers complete a W-2 Form for each employee and must deliver it to each employee by January 31st of the calendar year. Employers must then file the W-2 Forms with the Social Security Administration by the last day of February (if filing by paper mail) or the last day of March (if filing electronically). W-2 Tax Forms will report all the wages and taxes of the employees of that business for the prior calendar year.
Employees receiving printed forms will receive an extra form for each State Income Tax Withholding (SITW) State.
Here's how to download your annual W2 Form:
Log in to Paylocity
Go to Self-service portal
Then Pay
4. Click on the More arrow on the bottom of the Pay Section
5. Click on Tax Forms
6. On the left hand side, choose the tax form you'd like to download
7. Press Download W2 button on the upper right hand side
8. You may have to authenticate your cell phone number
9. Click the Check Box to override passcode
10. Press View PDF
11. Print or Save your Tax Forms.
