Entry Form
๐
Submission Deadline: May 21
๐
AI Innovation Challenge Event with Finalist Presentations: June 4
โ๏ธ Grand Prize: 2 roundtrip international airline tickets
โ๏ธ Runner-up Prize: 2 roundtrip domestic airline tickets
While the full account team associated with a submission will receive recognition, winning teams will need to select one representative (most likely the presenter) to receive the prize.
Across Orchestra, teams are using Client GPTs to strengthen client work, save time, reduce friction, and improve consistency before work ever reaches a client.
Now we want to spotlight the smartest, most creative, and most impactful examples.
This Challenge is about showing how your Client GPT has become a real collaborator for your team โ helping you work faster, think sharper, and deliver stronger work.
Your submission could inspire teams across the network and help shape how Orchestra works going forward.
Entries will be evaluated based on:
Creativity
Practical impact
Quality improvement
Workflow innovation
Scalability / repeatability
Strategic value to client work
Finalists for the Orchestra AI Innovation Challenge: Client GPT Edition will be selected by our judging panel.
Winners will be decided by YOU โ the Orchestra community.
During and after the live June 4 virtual event, Orchestra employees will vote for their favorite finalist submissions via a Google Form.
In a departure from past AI Innovation Challenges, weโre ending this one with a little suspense. ๐ The June 4 Challenge will conclude with a Survivor-style cliffhanger, with official winners revealed during the June 10 Orchestra Town Hall.
Voting will remain open through June 9 so employees have time to watch the event live OR catch the recording afterward and cast thoughtful votes for the submissions they believe had the greatest impact.
