Orchestra participates in HealthEquity/EZ Receipts, a transit benefits program, to allow employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for your public transit commute to work, Vanpool, Park and Ride, or parking garage fees. There are three options you can choose from to participate in this benefit.

The monthly limit is $340 for both mass transit and parking.
Commuter benefits work one month in advance.
To receive funds for the following month, you must place your order by the 10th day of the current month (anytime before 11:59pm EST).
Commuter payroll deductions are processed on the last payroll of the month.
The Golden Rule: The 10th of the Month
As an example:
Order by Feb 10th → Funds available March 1st
Order after Feb 10th → Funds available April 1st
How to Submit Your Order:
Log In: Access your [HealthEquity/WageWorks Portal].
Select "Commuter": From your dashboard, locate the Commuter/Transit section.
Place Your Order: Enter the monthly amount you need for Transit (bus/train) or Parking.
Confirm: Ensure your order is "Saved" or "Confirmed."

The EZ Receipts mobile app remains the easiest way to manage your benefits. If you haven’t already, download it today to keep your benefits at your fingertips.
To set up an account:
Go to https://my.healthequity.com/Signup/MemberActivation.aspx
Click on EZReceipts and go through the steps:
Find your account (you’ll submit your first name, last name, date of birth, zip code)
Verify your identity (last 4 digits of SSN + last 4 digits of your Health Equity card which you will have received in the mail)
Set up your login (username, password, security question)
Your email settings (submit your company email address)
You will then get an email to your company email address that your account was successfully set up!
