Power BI is Orchestra’s primary tool for tracking revenue performance and forecasts. It provides a live view of expected and realized revenue by client, vertical, service line, and other dimensions across specific time periods.
Power BI combines data from two source systems: HubSpot and NetSuite. To ensure reporting accuracy, please make sure all data is properly tagged and maintained. Incorrect or missing information may result in inaccurate reporting within Power BI.
For a complete walkthrough of the platform and its key features, please refer to the training video below

When will changes appear in Power BI?
Power BI refreshes data seven times per day according to the schedule below:
12:00 AM
7:30 AM
9:30 AM
11:30 AM
2:00 PM
4:00 PM
6:00 PM
Most updates made in HubSpot or NetSuite will appear after the next scheduled refresh. However, some changes are only processed during the 12:00 AM refresh.
Why is my deal value different in Power BI than in Hubspot?
Power BI reports revenue based on when it is expected to be recognized on our books, rather than the total deal value.
For example, if a $200,000 deal runs from January 1, 2026, through December 1, 2027, Power BI will allocate $100,000 to 2026 and $100,000 to 2027.
In addition, Power BI applies weighting to opportunities based on their sales stage, which may further impact reported values. For example, a $100,000 opportunity weighted at 20%, would show up in the system at $20,000.
