Orchestra’s internship program is designed to provide interns with hands-on experience across both client-facing communications work and the business operations that support a leading integrated communications firm.
Interns are embedded within specific teams and contribute to active projects, long-term initiatives, and day-to-day operations across the agency. Depending on their placement, interns gain exposure to areas including strategic communications, public affairs, media engagement, brand storytelling, business strategy, project management, financial planning, organizational development, and internal communications.
Throughout the program, interns participate in internal meetings, client calls, cross-functional collaboration, and agency events, gaining insight into how integrated strategies, systems, and teams drive growth and impact. The program is designed to provide practical experience in research, writing, collaboration, problem-solving, and client service while introducing interns to the pace and dynamics of agency life across industries including technology, real estate, consumer, sports, arts and culture, philanthropy, and public affairs.
Our 2026 Summer Interns will be with us from May 26 - August 21.
