You may use the Preferred Hotel Program whenever you are:
Traveling for business or leisure purposes
Booking business travel for others—this includes Executive Assistants arranging stays for employees, vendors, or job candidates
Browse participating hotels and find which hotel you would like to book in the Participating Hotels by City section.
Click on the booking link
Select the dates you’ll be staying at the hotel
Select the type of room you want to book
Confirm the discount code has been applied
Complete booking the reservation
