Orchestra offers Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance to eligible employees.
STD insurance is a company-paid benefit that provides income replacement for employees unable to work due to illness, injury, or childbirth. It helps protect against financial strain during recovery. For birthing parents, STD covers part of parental leave costs, supplementing the company's parental leave policy.
LTD insurance is an employer-paid benefit that offers income protection to employees at no cost in the event of a long-term illness or injury.

STD insurance, fully paid by Orchestra, provides financial protection if you're unable to work due to illness, injury, or childbirth. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled.
Administered through Guardian Insurance, the plan covers 60% of your base salary, up to $2,500 per week.
For new parents, STD also covers a portion of parental leave, allowing you to focus on recovery or bonding with your child.
Long Term Disability
Long Term Disability
LTD insurance, fully paid by Orchestra, provides financial protection in the event of a long-term illness or injury. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled.
Administered through Guardian Insurance, the plan covers 60% of your base salary, up to $10,000 per month.
This benefit ensures your financial stability during extended absences, giving you peace of mind for the future.
