The Manager Dashboard feature in Cocoon, allows managers to view and access leave information for their direct reports.
Key Items to Note:
Managers can see submitted leaves, leave details (type, location, timeline, policies, payment status), and access the resource library.
Cocoon will prioritize employee privacy and will avoid leaking early leave planning information.
Managers receive email notifications when a direct report submits parental leave.
There are currently no notifications for when an employee's manager changes.
