Open Enrollment for 2026 will begin on Monday, December 1, and run through Friday, December 12 in Paylocity.

It’s time to choose the healthcare benefits that best meet your and your family’s needs for the year ahead. You’ll have the opportunity to select your medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and optional voluntary insurance plans.

All full-time, benefits-eligible employees must complete open enrollment. Even if you are  not changing or selecting coverage, you still need to log in to Paylocity and confirm your choices.

Important: If you do not complete your enrollment by Friday, December 12, your current benefits will end on January 1, 2026.

For NY residents we have a new plan/network: Blue Access (PPO) Network. There’s a small possibility that this change could affect your physician’s participation in the Anthem network. 

For NY residents, to ensure your physician is still on the network please follow the instructions for find my physician here. If your physician is no longer part of the Anthem network, you may still receive services using Anthem’s out-of-network coverage options.
